You should upload high resolution photos, the size of the file better bigger than 1Mb, and the face, body, legs in the photo should be very clear, if you don't know which one is better, you can send some of them to us via email.

It will not, each doll is handmade by our top craftsmen, we can't make it exactly same with the photo, but we will try our best to do. It also means that you can't get a refund if the dolls are not like the persons in your photo.

Since the scenes are built by hand, we cannot guarantee that the scenes built every time will be the same. There will be slight differences, and you cannot ask for a refund for this.
