Cancellation & Refund
All sales are final once placed on site. After you placed the order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order, after that, we don't accept cancellation in any reason.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or other issues, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at sales@domedoll.com and we will deliver a new one free of charge or just full refund.
